This is the testing system which is going on. It is only testing which is the steps by IBA. After that we will pray that the youth will be given which job which job because many youth have applied here.  Millions of youths will give us all the jobs that are vacant in Sindh, but the one who is qualified and the test match will go ahead.  Come on those who get more than fifty marks will be eligible for the second test like the rest of the stages have already started whether it is a lawyer or a doctor everyone has the first test after which they will be tested for their post.  Therefore, it is believed that every university be it a college, but it is important that their education should be checked for their qualifications and their employees should be made to sit for the test so that no question arises, no bribe, no recommendation All young Sindhi youth should get their job according to their education strength

hastriedhard to give jobs to the youth so that it does not become a problem later because all these people are waiting for them to get a job as soon as possible and start their work.

But it is not possible for the Sindh government to give jobs to every youth, but still they are trying to find jobs ranging from 50,000 to 90,000 which will come to the youth through various stages, in which some teachers are also recruited.  They are also included in it
In the 2023 IBA Screening Test we hope that the qualified youth who are literate will come forward and fill the vacant jobs and work with full honesty.
There are criticisms and comments on the government in every era but we are hopeful that we will not leave our youth alone under any circumstances. We are working day and night.  Create a qualified youth who are the future of Pakistan and who are the future of Sindh
